This is the first picture of the man who died alongside his wife in a jacuzzi in Spain.
New Zealand native Patrick Tobin, 48, and his wife Thomasina, 51, from Ireland, were found dead in a jacuzzi at a residential property in Cullera, Spain, last week.
Their children – aged 16 and 14 – discovered their parents in the hot tub at the Villa Luna holiday property on Tuesday.
Pictures of Ms Tobin were released just last week.

Several theories surrounding the death of the couple, who lived in London, have been mooted by investigators.
The first theory is that the hot tub may have malfunctioned, causing “suction entrapment”. This would have resulted in a vacuum effect which trapped the pair in the tub.
Local media has reported that the couple died from “cardiopulmonary arrest due to the extreme effort”, potentially exerted by a struggle after falling or slipping or from battling to escape the suction.
The leading theory is yet to be confirmed and post-mortem examination results have not been released.
Initial examinations also found the couple both had marks and scratches on their body, while there was blood in the water and a strong chemical smell.
There is no suspicion of foul play as there were no signs of forced entry nor any suspicious activity on CCTV cameras of the luxury villa. Electrocution has also been ruled out.
The villa was located on a residential development within a gated complex, just south of Valencia. In photos, the hot tub has panoramic views over the valleys and is described on the hotel operator website as a “ground floor oasis”, complete with a TV and shower area.

The family had booked the luxury villa for two weeks and were due to arrive home on September 6.
Mr Tobin is understood to have worked in the tech industry in London, while Ms Tobin worked at the London-based consultancy firm Turney & Townsend as a quantity surveyor in the hotel industry.

She is credited with working with hotels such as the Ritz. Her father, Tommy McArdle, was a director at Irish broadcaster RTE.
The children are understood to be with an uncle, who flew out after the tragedy struck.
A spokesman for Colina del Sol told the Daily Mail: “We would like to express our deepest condolences to the family affected by this tragic incident at Colina del Sol in Cullera.
“Colina del Sol is a holiday resort that has operated for many years without incident for its guests. The resort has always maintained the highest standards of safety and quality.
“At this stage, we are awaiting the conclusion of the official investigation. We believe it is important to allow the competent authorities to examine the facts and provide an explanation for what happened.
“Out of respect for the victims’ families, we will make no further comment. Our thoughts are with the family and all those affected by this difficult situation.”
