MANCHESTER CITY talent Jaden Heskey has made a deadline day return to Sheffield Wednesday.
The midfielder, 20, could not stop the Owls suffering relegation to League One when he spent the second half of last season at Hillsborough.

And Heskey has been sent back on loan to Wednesday for the rest of the season.
The up-and-coming gem revealed he was only interested in making a quickfire move back to the Owls in the final hours of the transfer window.

Heskey said: “I’m over the moon to be back after I got a taste of it last season. It’s definitely a place that I wanted to return to.
“It was really tough with the games and the situation that we were in, but I think the fans, the support that we had all the way through, it couldn’t really go unnoticed.

“The last day was a special day that I’ll always remember. I’ve already met the squad, and they’re really top lads. It’ll be easy just to fit in with the squad again.”
Heskey, who made 20 appearances for Wednesday during his initial loan move, could feature in tonight’s League One showdown with Wycombe.
Owls sporting director Simon Wilson claimed the City youngster snubbed offers from elsewhere to reunite with boss Henrik Pedersen.
He added: “Jaden was a target for the club from the day I arrived following a really productive loan spell last season.
