The Jonas Brothers have won over a packed MCG with a surprise tribute to Australian music icon John Farnham during the historic NFL clash in Melbourne.
The band — made up of brothers Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas — launched into Farnham’s iconic anthem You’re The Voice as part of their halftime performance during the blockbuster between the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams on Friday
The unexpected nod to the Aussie icon drew a huge response from the Melbourne crowd, with thousands joining in for the instantly recognisable chorus.
The performance came as Australia hosted its first regular-season game, with the event drawing a crowd of an estimated 100,000 people.
