THIS is the shocking moment a married hospital employee faints in court after hearing he faces 100 years in prison for alleged child sex crimes.

Joshua James Lozano, 42, who has been charged with felony child exploitation, appeared to pass out upon hearing his potential sentence.

He was hauled into a Phoenix courtroom on Monday following a Glendale police investigation into the alleged abuse, reports say.

Arizona cops were previously informed of the allegations by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

They allegedly found explicit content was being accessed through Lozano’s internet provider, court documents showed.

Local authorities traced his account, phone number and an IP address directly to the hospital worker and cuffed him on Thursday, records show.

The court session was suspended temporarily as medical services rushed to help the suspect.

He was returned to police custody following the ordeal, reports say.

If Lozano posts bail, he will still be banned from contacting minors, possessing a smartphone or accessing the internet.

The suspect will also be mandated to wear an electronic monitor.

Lozano is due back in court on September 21.
