GEMMA Collins has revealed she nearly ‘broke her neck’ during a romp in the Maldives with her fiance Rami.

Gemma, 45, makes the wild sex confession in an episode of her new Sky docu-series, Gemma Collins: Everything All At Once.

The episode sees Gemma and Rami visit a gynaecologist at The Portland Hospital to discuss their options after struggling to fall pregnant.

Gemma has been open about her desire to have a baby for a long time, and the tells the doctor they have been busy trying for years.

She says: “It doesn’t matter how many times we do it, I nearly broke my neck once in the Maldives, putting my legs up against the wall…

“I’ve done it all and it’s kind of like, do you know what? We really need some help.”

The next day, Gemma goes to look at a potential new home for them in London, only to be told by Rami over the phone that he has moved out of her Essex pad, leaving her in tears.

Since the scenes were filmed earlier this year, Gemma and Rami’s relationship has got back on track and they still plan to marry.
