AMAZON has shaved 40% off the Tefal Blend Up, and it’s a brilliant alternative to the popular Nutribullet blender.

The powerful 1000W mini blender is now just £59.99, reduced from £99.99, making it the same price as the Nutribullet, but with a more powerful motor and quiet mode feature.

The Blend Up is Tefal’s answer to the popular Nutribullet blender, but it has a more powerful motor for the same price.

The compact Tefal appliance is built specifically to make one or two drinks on the go rather than a whole jug, making it ideal for making smoothies straight into the bottle.

The powerful 1000W motor, which is more powerful than the Nutribullet 900W model, makes light work of blitzing fruit and vegetables.

But it’s the quiet mode that attracts most people.

The dedicated silent setting runs at up to half the volume of full speed.

The Tefal has its limits, though, as one reviewer shared that it’s “not exactly silent”, but “drastically quieter than the other modes”.

Another customer rated it four-stars and said they’d bought it for the silence mode specifically, saying it “really makes a difference”.

Zoella’s favourite £9.99 foundation has had a makeover – I tested it out

Whether it’s worth paying for a slightly quieter blend comes down to your household – I’d say it’d come in handy if you regularly make your morning smoothie before the rest of the house has woken up.

Unlike the Nutribullet, which has a twist-and-blend automatic function, the Tefal blender comes with eight automatic programmes to perfectly make drinks, whip up sauces and dips or even blend your own plant milk.

Each one is ideal for a range of tasks, from whipping up sauces and dips to blending your own plant milk, plus you get a pulse button and an auto-clean cycle.

The Nutribullet’s four-piece kit is on a par with the Tefal set, which features two bottles and two lids, the blade and base unit.

Both blenders include removable blades for easy cleaning, and the bottles can go straight in the dishwasher.

At £59.99, this is a better deal than most 1000W personal blenders, and reviews rate it highly for frozen fruit blending.

If you are looking for more handy savings on Tefal appliances, we have spotted a ‘fabulous little steamer’ that heats up in just 15 seconds, slashed to £30.

Coffee fans can also grab Nespresso’s sell-out Vertuo bundle for £109 – saving 45%.
