THIS is the moment a serial fly-tipper is caught on CCTV dumping a bath, freezer and carpets in the middle of the day.
John Sheridan, 42, was caught turning his hometown into his ”own personal dumping ground” after multiple fly-tipping reports in Gloucester.

Footage captured Sheridan reversing into a car park before dumping a number of large items and driving off.
A collection of dashcam videos also show the man pulling over to litter the pavement with large slabs of material.
Residents provided the dashcam footage and mobile phone videos of the crook dumping his waste to help build a case against him.
Photographs captured by concerned locals show sites left behind by Sheridan, piled high with rubbish.

This evidence, alongside CCTV footage gathered by the council, enabled officers to identify Sheridan and bring him before the courts.
Sheridan, of London, received a 30-week jail sentence suspended for two years.
In addition to the suspended prison sentence, Sheridan was ordered to complete up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days under the supervision of the Probation Service.
He was also ordered to pay £1,000 costs and a victim surcharge of £187.

The van used to carry out the offences has since been seized and destroyed.
Councillor Jeremy Hilton said: “This case highlights the vital role residents can play in tackling environmental crime.
”Information provided by members of the public, alongside council CCTV footage and investigative work, was instrumental in securing these convictions.
“Fly-tipping is a serious offence that has a direct impact on our communities.
”It harms the environment, undermines pride in our neighbourhoods and costs taxpayers thousands of pounds each year to clear up.
“We will not hesitate to take enforcement action against anyone who chooses to dispose of waste illegally.
“This prosecution sends a clear message that fly-tipping will not be tolerated in Gloucester.”
