THE newly unveiled Charlie Kirk statue has been vandalized just days after it was installed to mark one year since his assassination.
Kirk, 31, was shot in the neck at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025, just moments after speaking about gun violence as he addressed students.
Thousands witnessed the harrowing shooting as blood was seen gushing from his neck and the dad-of-two fell off his chair in a horrifying act of violence that stunned the nation.
Tyler Robinson, 23, is accused of shooting the Turning Point USA founder from the roof of a nearby campus building.
To honor Kirk on the anniversary of his death, an eight-foot statue was unveiled at Turning Point USA’s headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, on Thursday.
By Sunday morning it was found vandalized with red spray paint along with a nearby memorial poster, AZFamily reported.
The garish paint is largely concentrated around the neck area where the bullet struck Kirk.
There is also red paint to the face and left hand of the statue and a sad face sprayed onto the stomach.
The Phoenix Police Department confirmed officers were called to Turning Point HQ for “vandalism to a memorial.”

It is not known if police have identified any suspects.
Turning Point USA has not yet responded to a request for comment.
Meanwhile, a $100,000 statue also honoring Kirk was unveiled in Times Square, New York, on Thursday.
There, chaotic scenes quickly erupted as supporters and opponents clashed in the middle of the Big Apple over the divisive figure.
The 6ft 5in bronze-painted sculpture depicts Kirk seated with a microphone and wearing a “FREEDOM” T-shirt.
President Trump honored Kirk at the GOP midterm convention in Dallas on Wednesday night, telling the crowd, “We love you, Charlie,” as his widow Erika received a standing ovation.
Vice President JD Vance also paid tribute to his late friend, while Utah Governor Spencer Cox declared September 10 “Charlie Kirk Day” and called on Americans to reject political violence.
