HULL boss Sergej Jakirovic compared Sorba Thomas to Max Verstappen a day after his horror crash.
Summer signing Thomas, 27, came off the bench in the Tigers’ 2-2 draw at Chelsea, having suffered a serious smash near the club’s training ground on Friday.

“The club is aware of images of Sorba’s car circulating on social media and can reassure supporters that he has sustained no injuries and emerged from his vehicle completely unscathed.”
A Humberside Police spokesman told The Sun: “Officers and emergency services are currently in attendance following reports of a road traffic collision on Millhouse Woods Lane, Cottingham.
“The road remains closed and motorists are advised to avoid the area to allow emergency services to operate effectively.”
