The rather pokey pad looks pretty ordinary from the outside.

It’s located on the second floor above a cocktail bar and a vape shop.
The auction guide price is £210,000, less than the UK average price of a one bed property which is £230,000.
Estate agents McHugh and Co make no mention of what is actually inside.
They just say it needs “modernisation” but that is a massive understatement.

Once potential buyers step through the front they will see why the suggested price is so low.
The grimy kitchen has brown marks across the wall tiles, cabinet doors and microwave.
One of the doors to the cupboard under the sink has come off.
And there is a filthy tea towel hanging up which is browny black yet it’s impossible to say what colour it was originally.

The living room of the hoarders home is littered with mountains – albeit neat ones – of old newspapers.
There are also old chocolate tins and ice cream tubs piled up and the dining table is covered in clutter.
Only a small section of the carpet is visible and the wallpaper is peeling off.
Festive fairy lights are hanging up although it’s difficult to say which Christmas they are from.
The bedroom has toy and electrical goods boxes everywhere.
There is even junk in the bathtub although ironically bottles of Domestos cleaning products are neatly lined up on top of the toilet.
It is located in Poole Hill, Bournemouth, in Dorset, and it goes under the hammer on September 16.
One home hunter said: “Imagine what that tea towel has seen.”
A second joked: “The bottles of bleach are because they’re big on cleanliness, clearly.”
A third said: “That place needs burning to the ground.”
Another added “Over a vape shop. Next to a nightclub. In Bournemouth.
“I don’t think I’ve seen a property with less potential.”
A McHugh and Co spokesperson said: “Six week completion or earlier.
