MAFS’ Adrienne Naylor breaks silence on TV show The Challenge after painful injury
Taking to Instagram, Adrienne has shared a string of snaps from her fitness journey alongside pictures of her on the show in Thailand.
She said: “You ask for a ‘normal’ person on TV BUT as soon as you see a normal body with movement, cellulite, cellulite, dimples, and loose skin, you scrutinise them.
“Reality check, bodies move. I’m just a normal girl from the middle of nowhere showing people like me anything is possible. You can judge me for the way my body looks and think I’m not fit but…
“You’ll never take away my strength, my determination, and my mindset.”

Adrienne flashed her middle finger up to the haters as she ran along the canal.
She wrote in text across the snap: “And this is to all the k******ds who want to come to my page to try tear me apart without even knowing my story & journey.”
Adrienne opened up on her fitness journey in the caption of her post – she admitted she was “upset” by the pictures of her on the MTV show.
“I knew this was going to happen at some point… I remember asking production for leggings for the season and being told this was our only uniform,” said Adrienne.
“DREAD filled my body. I never wear shorts. Like, ever. Even short dresses are few and far between. By the time the uniform arrived, it was too late to back out.”
She continued: “But I can’t lie, when I got these photos back, I was upset. I’ve worked SO hard for this body. And seeing myself in a position that I’m not used to seeing myself in really knocked me.
“This is not how my body looks all the time.cBodies move. They fold. They crease. They wobble. They look different from different angles. They also aren’t in a posed position 24/7.
“And the reality is, my body has been through a lot of trauma. What I’m most proud of through this entire journey isn’t just the physical changes. It’s the person I’ve built along the way. My mindset. My habits. My strength. My consistency.”
Adrienne added: “I used to weigh 117kg at 5ft 5. I’m now 30, with a fitness age of 26.
