In a heartbreaking video, BBCC Gareth declared he will never be able to box again following the discovery.
Ibiza Final Boss will now fight fellow content creator Kellen Jenkins, who has been drafted in just days before the showdown.
Jack Kay – who went viral last summer while partying in Ibiza – is looking to build on his entertaining debut victory over Jordan McCann in June.
