THIS is the shocking moment a flailing teenager yells “help” as he is dragged across a car roof while the driver flees a hit-and-run.
Dashcam footage shows a VW Passat speeding around a corner with a young man hanging on from the rooftop as he begs to be rescued.
The reckless driver left a man with life-changing injuries before dragging the teenager after a road rage row, cops have said.
Greater Manchester Police were called to Salford at around 5.40pm yesterday afternoon after receiving reports of a hit-and-run following a collision.
Two men reportedly got out of the car to confront the other driver after the crash.
But the driver then sped away, hitting a man in his 50s who was rushed to hospital with life-changing injuries.
