Jeremy Clarkson shares new health update after prostate cancer diagnosis – and admits what he refuses to give up

JEREMY Clarkson has shared a new health update after his prostate cancer diagnosis.

Back in June, the former host of Top Gear and The Grand Tour revealed the devastating news on the fifth series of Prime Video’s Clarkson’s Farm.

Jeremy was seen grappling with the “aggressive” prostate cancer diagnosis in the last two episodes – which were between Sept 2024 and Aug 2025.

According to the NHS website, prostate cancer “affects the prostate gland under the bladder and usually happens to men over 50 years old”.

The star got a positive result from the Stockholm 3 blood check following a warning from a basic blood check. He had surgery and is now in remission.

Recently speaking with The Times, Jeremy said of his health: “I am well. I am not unwell.

The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire host also shed three stone in just six months.

Touching upon his weight loss with the publication, he said: “The weight loss is the Mounjaro — I’d love to claim it was steely will, but it was by way of some very clever Danish scientist.

“Basically, I went into hospital, got knocked out, then woke up. Bish bosh. Two weeks later I was back in the tractor.”

Back in June, Jeremy revealed his lifestyle changes after his cancer battle as he admitted ‘I want to see my grandchildren grow up’.

Jeremy said to The Sunday Times: “I really like seeing my grandchildren. I want to watch them grow up.

“I drive much more slowly. I’m a bit of a dawdler. I go for walks a lot. I have vegetarian food.”

Sun columnist Jezza shares three children – Emily, Finlo and Katya – with his ex-wife Frances Cain.

Earlier this week The Sun columnist took a swipe at the Baftas just moments after winning his second NTA for Clarkson’s Farm.

He won big on Tuesday night, walking away with the award for the Best Docuseries beating out At Home With The Furys and Stacey & Joe.

While posing with his trophy for snaps after his speech, Jeremy let slip what he really thinks about the Baftas.

He said: “My advice is if you have won a Bafta you’ve made a sh*t programme! If you win an NTA, the people like you.”
