FORMER party girl Davinia Taylor has transformed her life – and will now share her tips about clean living on her own TV show.
The ex-Hollyoaks actress, who traded boozy nights with supermodel Kate Moss for biohacks, will front Hack Your Hormones on Channel 4.

With the help of experts, she will advise on how to balance cortisol, adrenaline and dopamine.
At 48, the mum of four says she has a biological age of just 20 and credits good sleep, fuelling her body with specific proteins, fats and supplements and weight training.
It’s a far cry from her wild antics among the famous Primrose Hill set, which included old best pal Kate, Oasis rockers Liam and Noel Gallagher and Sadie Frost.
Former alcoholic Davinia, who has been sober for 17 years, said she was heading for an early grave in her 20s. “I got smashed for the whole of my twenties,” she previously revealed. We had this thing we called Club Kitchen and me, Kate and Sadie would be smoking our heads off and drinking a fifth bottle of wine.”

As well as dealing with her booze problems, her marriage to footie agent Dave Gardner — David Beckham’s best friend — was crumbling.
After three months’ rehab in South Africa in 2009, she overhauled her life,
Divorcing Dave, she found love again with builder Matthew Leyden.
After amassing a huge following on social media by sharing her health regimes, in 2021 she set up her business WillPowders, which sells female-focused natural supplements.
In the show, Davinia, who played Jude Cunningham in Hollyoaks, will spill her tips and meet experts to discuss how hormones regulate everything from sleep to diet and moods.

It comes on the back of her bestselling book of the same name.
Made by Little Bird Films, the show is currently being edited, say sources, and will air this year or early next.
Rob makes a splash

ROB BECKETT looks like he’s auditioning to be the next James Bond as he arrives in a sports car for his new gig hosting Tempting Fortune.
The comic is taking over from Paddy McGuinness for the third series of the Channel 4 game show, which will see 12 strangers embark on a trek on the Malaysian island of Langkawi with the hope of winning £300,000.
They spend several days in the wild, with just basic rations and survival gear.
And to win the jackpot they must resist a series of temptations.
“The cast is so funny, and they’ve really upped the temptations this year,” said Rob.
“They told me they were going to put famous restaurants in the jungle, and I was convinced it’d be like a little cardboard stand.
“But they built entire restaurants – it was like being back to the UK.”
Spending a few weeks in stunning surroundings wasn’t always paradise for Rob, though.
“Blue skies, palm trees, what’s not to like?” he said. “Apart from the humidity, 30C heat, spiders and snakes.”
Someone should tell Rob that fortune favours the brave . . .
The show starts on September 22 on Channel 4.

STACEY DOOLEY is doing her first Celebrity Sleepover – and she’s not likely to get much kip.
Kerry Katona and her family are welcoming the documentary maker for the inaugural run of her new show where she stays the night with a famous face.
The singer and reality star is expected to open up about her troubled life and incredible comeback, with filming under way this week.
Kerry is one of a string of big names who have signed up to allow cameras into their homes for the celeb version of the long-running show Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over.
A source said: “Kerry is ratings gold these days since her comeback on Celebs Go Dating. She has such a story to tell and is ready to open up to Stacey about her 25-year career, including bankruptcy, marriages and beyond.”
The series will air on UKTV’s U&W channel, Channel 4 and BBC iPlayer.
Netflix’s Chan to attitude

KUNG fu king Jackie Chan is the focus of a new Netflix documentary – and it will feature interviews with superfan Jonathan Ross.
Jackie changed action cinema by combining dangerous, real-life stunts with fast-paced physical comedy and everyday props.
Film buff Jonathan recently revealed the show was in the works, saying: “I was recently doing some interviews for a Netflix special they’re doing on Jackie Chan, which is coming out in a few years.”
Praising his movies, which include Police Story and Rush Hour, Jonathan said on his Reel Talk podcast: “The great thing about Jackie’s early films – he directed or co-directed his early films – is that you can see they’re hard to categorise.
“I suppose they’re action comedies, but they had a little bit of everything in them and they also let the situations dictate what happens as well.”
CRIME documentary Cause Of Death will investigate the case of tragic teen Jay Slater when it returns later this month.
Forensic pathologist Dr Richard Shepherd will re-examine the evidence following Jay’s 2024 death while on holiday in Tenerife.
