EMINEM’S ex-wife Kim Mathers has been released from jail after a judge ruled she could leave custody if she secured a place in rehab, The U.S. Sun can confirm.
Mathers, 51, walked free from Macomb County Jail in Michigan after spending less than a week behind bars.

The troubled mom, who married Eminem twice, is facing three separate criminal cases following two alleged drunk-driving incidents and a dramatic arrest in which she allegedly bit and kicked a cop.
Mathers had been taken into custody on August 13 after appearing before Judge William Hackel III over a string of alleged bond violations.
She appeared puffy-eyed and somber in court, with her short blonde hair and distinctive neck tattoos on display and what appeared to be white medical bandaging on her arm.
Judge Hackel said he had hoped Mathers would seek treatment while free on bond but told the court, “I’m not seeing a real correction at this point, so I’m going to revoke the bond.”

However, he ruled that Mathers could be released if she secured a place at an inpatient treatment program.
Mathers remained largely silent during the hearing before she could be heard asking her attorney how long she would have to stay behind bars.
A spokesperson with the jail confirmed to The U.S. Sun she was only locked up for a few days and is likely to have found a spot for treatment.

However, they could not confirm when she was released or verify that she entered into a counseling program.
Had she not secured an inpatient placement, she faced remaining behind bars at least until her next scheduled court appearances in October.
The U.S. Sun has reached out to Mather’s lawyer for comment.
Her legal troubles began in February when she was accused of driving while impaired and crashing her white Range Rover into a Dodge Ram pickup truck.
The impact was so severe the truck was thrown roughly 50 feet, according to police records, while officers said Mathers had bloodshot and glassy eyes, slurred speech and smelled of alcohol.
Police also said they discovered multiple open and empty alcoholic beverage containers inside her vehicle.
Mathers later pleaded no contest to operating while impaired and pleaded guilty to failing to report an accident.

But just days after entering her plea, she was arrested again following another alleged drunk-driving incident in May.
Mathers was accused of striking a parked vehicle and recorded a 0.20 blood alcohol concentration on a breath test, almost three times the legal limit.
She was charged with operating while intoxicated-third offense and ordered not to drink alcohol or take drugs.
Mathers was also required to use a SoberLink alcohol-monitoring device four times a day and undergo a psychiatric evaluation to determine whether she needed intensive outpatient or inpatient treatment for alcohol abuse.
Prosecutors later claimed she violated her SoberLink requirements four times.
She also failed to show up for court hearings in June, leading to arrest warrants which were later canceled after she appeared in court.
Her troubles escalated again in July when emergency services raced to her Michigan home following reports of a suspected suicide attempt.
Dispatch audio obtained by The U.S. Sun revealed first responders were initially told a woman was unconscious before learning Mathers had locked herself inside a basement room and was refusing to come out.
A first responder could be heard calling for additional help to force their way inside.
According to a police report, Mathers became “irate and combative” when officers intervened.
She was wearing only a bra and underwear and allegedly screamed at cops to get out of her house as they attempted to handcuff her.
Mathers then allegedly bit an officer on the forearm as he tried to restrain her.
A Taser was deployed during the struggle before she allegedly kicked the same officer in his left shin while being escorted from the room.
Mathers was reportedly bleeding from her arm, while the officer was taken to hospital following the bite and exposure to her blood.
She was charged with two felony counts of assaulting, resisting or obstructing police and has pleaded not guilty.
Mathers previously completed a 45-day stint in rehab following an earlier mental health crisis.
She told The U.S. Sun in 2023, “It’s been hard, I lost my mom, my dad, and my sister.
“[But] I’m good. I’ve been clean since about October, I went to Jefferson House … for 45 days.”
The reclusive mom has spoken openly about her previous battles with addiction and said her children had been “very supportive” of her recovery.
She also revealed Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, had continued to check in on her despite their famously turbulent past.
The childhood sweethearts married in 1999 before divorcing in 2001.
They remarried in 2006 but split again later that year.
