STACEY Solomon has broken her silence after falling short in three NTAs categories – a year on from slamming the ‘ludicrous’ ceremony.
TV personality and singer Stacey, 36, had a trio of nominations at the latest National Television Awards, but lost out on all of them.

These nods included Best TV Presenter, Best Factual Entertainment (for Sort Your Life Out) and Best Reality Docuseries (for Stacey & Joe, opposite husband Joe Swash).
David Attenborough, Gogglebox and Clarkson’s Farm respectively scooped the gongs instead.
Taking to her Instagram story, Stacey remained upbeat despite the disappointment of missing out.
She was pictured in a smiley selfie alongside Sort Your Life Out expert Iwan Carrington.

Stacey captioned: “Straight back out and with the gang at 5am this morning for Sort Your Life Out filming!
“We didn’t win yesterday, but just wanted to come on here & say THANK YOU so much for supporting us and the team….
“We are so lucky to go to the NTAs win or lose and we don’t take it for granted. We know we wouldn’t have been able to go with YOU.
“And although we are all a bit tired and silly today we had the best time. LOVE YOU ALL.”

Ahead of last year’s ceremony, Stacey spoke to Magic Radio‘s Tom Price and Lucy Horobin about two of her shows being pitted against each other.
Both Stacey & Joe as well as Sort Your Life Out received nominations under the Entertainment category.
She said at the time: “They’ve put Sort Your Life Out and Stacey & Joe in the same blummin’ category for some reason – we’re up against each other which is absolutely ludicrous!
“But you know what I’m so grateful to just be going, it’s so nice to be shortlisted and nominated knowing that it’s a public vote.
“All our family are going to be there, it’s the first time our family has got to go to anything like this so it’s going to be amazing no matter what happens.”
On that occasion, Clarkson’s Farm triumphed over both programmes to win the award.
