The migrant mob are seen aggressively handling the baby dolphin as they try to pose for a photo with their catch.
One of the smirking men holding the dolphin can be seen with a lit cigarette hanging from his mouth.
According to animal welfare association DAUBMA, the dolphin was taken out of the water by the migrants on the beach.
The organisation claims it has videos, photographs and audio recordings which allegedly show what happened next — including claims that the animal was struck on the head with a stick.

DAUBMA says it believes the baby dolphin may be the same animal found dead last week, although this has not yet been officially confirmed.
The shocking footage has sparked fresh outrage, with animal welfare campaigners demanding a full investigation into exactly how the young dolphin died.
Disturbing footage showed that dolphin being paraded around by a mob of laughing migrants before it was reportedly beaten to death.
The animal had washed up on the shore on Trampolin Beach where thousands of migrants are staying nearby after a mass border breach in July.

Two men in high-vis jackets and gloves run over and check on the calf before several migrants swarm around them.
One of the illegal migrants then drags the dolphin by its face out of the water and onto the rocks.
He then picks it up with a smirk on his face and holds it up so others can touch it – including several young teenagers.
The man then hoists it above his head as he flashes a sickening grin as the calf tries to move in his hands.

One of the high-vis officials tries to get the man to put the animal back but he ignores the pleas.
During the chaos, one migrant allegedly hit the animal on the head with a stick and seriously injured it before it later died, reported Telecinco.
Enraged locals quickly ran onto Trampolin Beach in the North African enclave to help order the migrants to put down the dolphin.
Screams of “no” can be heard in the video as they manage to wrestle the dolphin off one of the men and put the calf back in the water but local reports claimed it was already too late.
The harrowing scenes sparked an online petition demanding the men responsible were arrested and charged with animal cruelty.
Nadia Garcia Gomez launched the petition as she claimed in a post: “On Wednesday, September 2, 2026, a disoriented dolphin calf swimming near the shore at Trampolin Beach, in Ceuta, was brutally pulled from the water.
“Eyewitnesses and local media reported that the animal was handled as if it were an object and violently struck on the head with a stick, causing its immediate death.”
Nadia continued: “This act of extreme and unjustifiable cruelty cannot go unpunished.
“Dolphins are strictly protected species under Spanish and European laws, and mistreatment of them constitutes a serious criminal offence.
