Willoughby appeared in the sweet snaps wearing a knitted “big brother” jumper, while Lucy and James were pictured looking at a baby scan.
Lucy later revealed they were expecting a baby girl by sharing pictures from a family holiday in June.
The new arrival is particularly poignant after Lucy previously spoke openly about her fertility struggles before welcoming Willoughby, whom she described as her “miracle baby”.
She has also revealed that his birth ended in an emergency C-section after she was induced and endured an 18-hour labour.
