The adjacent beach was packed with holidaymakers and sunseekers at the time of the boat’s arrival on Friday.
It is understood 20 men and six women reached Cala Santanyí around 2pm after boarding the boat from an unknown location.
Lifeguards rescued those who had fallen into the water and were struggling to swim to safety before guiding the group to the beachfront.
Two Guardia Civil patrols rushed to the scene to take control of the situation.

All migrants appeared to be in good health, with no serious injuries reported.
The boat was one of four intercepted or rescued in Majorca and Formentera within just a few hours – bringing the the total number migrant arrivals that day to 75.
Two of the boats were carrying migrants of North African origin, while the other two were carrying migrants of sub-Saharan origin.
The president of the Majorca Island Council, Llorenç Galmés, warned in a statement: “Majorca cannot continue dealing alone with a situation that far exceeds its capacity.”

On Thursday, around 100 migrants had arrived irregularly on Majorca’s shores, according to the Majorca Island Council.
And on Saturday, five small boats carrying a total of 72 migrants reached Majorca, Cabrera and Formentera.
According to figures compiled from information provided by Spain’s Interior Ministry and the Balearic Islands Government Delegation, 274 small boats carrying 5,095 migrants have reached the archipelago so far this year.
There has been an increase in the number of small boats arriving at Spain’s most popular tourist destinations in recent months.
In late August, dozens of migrants reached Cala de los Dentoles on the mainland by small boat.
Footage showed a large groups of migrants jumping from the speedboat in shallow waters before scrambling on to the shore.
At the time Regional president Fernando López Miras said on social media: “We demand control of our coastline.
“This has to end now.”
Earlier in August up to 60 migrants were seen onboard a vessel as it approached a popular cove in La Manga.
Concerned beachgoers could be seen gathering up their belongings and running away from the shoreline with several phoning the cops.
An estimated 60 people were on board the boat, later disembarking at Cala del Barco, a small golden-sand cove next to the La Manga Club resort.
Spanish authorities fears the area could become a new migrant landing zone.
