SIR Tom Jones will not return to The Voice UK as a full-time coach, The Sun can reveal.
The 86-year-old music legend has been on the show since its launch in 2012.

But bosses at ITV believe the next series needs a “major refresh”, and the Green Green Grass of Home star will instead appear part-time as a so-called “super mentor” for contestants.
The Sun previously told how rapper Aitch is to replace McFly duo Danny Jones and Tom Fletcher, who are leaving the show.
Former Girls Aloud singer Cheryl is also set to make her primetime TV comeback as a coach, while rapper Will.i.am is returning with Kelly Rowland.
A source said: “Everyone loves Sir Tom but there was a feeling that the upcoming series needed a major refresh.

“With Aitch and Cheryl coming on board and Kelly returning with will.i.am, there just wasn’t a seat going.
“Sir Tom adores the show and finding new talent and still wanted to be involved.
“He will return later in the series as a super-mentor.”
The Sun can confirm Destiny’s Child star Kelly will be back for a second series after making her debut in the one currently being shown on ITV.

She will join Will.i.am, who has been on the show since it started on BBC One in 2012.
Meanwhile former X Factor judge Cheryl has been lined up for her first appearance on British TV in six years.
Alesha Dixon and Stacey Solomon are to host, with filming due to begin this Friday in Manchester.
They will take over from long-time presenter Emma Willis, who has been snapped up by the BBC to co-host Strictly with Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe.
The next The Voice UK series is due to air next year.
