HARROWING emergency audio has revealed firefighters scrambling to tackle a raging blaze after an Amazon cargo plane crashed off a runway in Miami, leaving five people dead.
Crews were heard desperately trying to reach the burning Boeing 767 after it ploughed into vehicles on a busy road, trapping victims and injuring five others.
“The plane is on fire. The plane is on fire,” one firefighter warned colleagues in chilling radio traffic obtained by the Miami Herald.
“Put your game faces on guys.”
The dramatic dispatches reveal the chaos facing emergency crews after Flight 7598 overshot a runway at Miami International Airport at around 2pm on Sunday.
