Ahead of her wedding to Max, Cindy was seen asking his son Oscar if he could arrange his dad’s stag do.
Cindy found Oscar in the cafe, watching videos on his phone, having demolished a full English.
Yet one shrewd viewer noted that Oscar’s phone had an error message on the screen, signalling no internet connection.
Actor Pierre Counihan-Moullier, who plays Oscar Branning, was seemingly watching nothing at all.

Zooming in on this, TikTok user alastairmrshll posted: “I don’t think Kathy’s cafe has very good WiFi because why is Oscar on YouTube with no internet?
“Come on Kath & Ian, I’m sure there’s a good business WiFi deal!”
Followers were wild for the observation, replying with comments such as: “Damn EastEnders not paying enough for 5G?”
Another penned: “Anything to avoid listening to Cindy I don’t blame him!”

Someone else wrote “It’s a shame he’s leaving” with a broken heart emoji, referring to the recent news that Pierre is set to exit the BBC soap.
The 26-year-old proved an instant hit with viewers when he joined the show just a year ago, but he is set to follow Kellie Bright, 50 — who plays Linda Carter — and Ravi Gulati star Aaron Thiara, 33, out of the door later this year.
Pierre was signed up by new EastEnders boss Ben Wadey, 32, who joined from Channel 4’s Hollyoaks last year, but the door is expected to be left open for the character to return in the future.
