GARY Lineker returns to TV with a new gameshow where celebrities compete in a number of challenges.
Here’s all you need to know about the new series The Box, including the rules of the game and the stars competing to win.
What are the rules of The Box?
Each contestant starts in their own yellow box, unaware of where they are being taken.
Once the doors of their box open, they are informed of their location and the challenge they need to complete.
This is often without any explanation as to what they need to do in order to complete the challenge.
Each episode will test the celebrities with physical, mental and logical challenges.

The two lowest performing celebrities from the show take part in The Duel, a head-to-head challenge where the loser will be eliminated from the show.
How do you win The Box?
There is no clear confirmation on how celebrities can win the show.
However, it can be assumed that the last person standing at the end of all the challenges and duels will be crowned the winner.

When does The Box start?
The Box will start on Saturday, September 5 on ITV1 and ITVX.
