The minted Prem giants, once branded “noisy neighbours” by former Man United boss Sir Alex Ferguson, are to open their first residential complex in their owners’ home country.

Buyers can even join a football academy and dream of emulating City stars such as Erling Haaland and Phil Foden.
The lavish development on the Yas Canal will include a mix of apartment, villas and houses ranging from one to five bedrooms, starting from £350,000 — and rising to almost £6million.
Buyers will have access to a Man City inspired sports complex, including rooftop football pitches and tactical match analysis rooms.
The mini-city of over 2,000 homes will have an ultra-modern fitness centre.

And fans get their own City Social Club and match-day terraces.
The site will also boast top-notch restaurants plus a a watersports club and rooftop pools.
Developer Ohana describe the development, still under construction, as “where football greatness meets waterfront luxury”.
