The Vampire Diaries alum, 37, was in position for a photocall before being approached by a man dressed in a black suit.

This unnamed individual stepped in front of Nina, tapped his watch and looked to be gesturing for her to move along.
Nina looked confused while the pair interacted, before managing to briefly playfully pose for the camera.
However, a second official stepped forward to apparently usher the actress away.
Nina had a frown on her face as she stepped aside, although did oblige to the request.

She later waved to photographers positioned on the other side of the carpet.
After the clip made the rounds on social media, one person wrote on X: “Why the f**k did they send Nina Dobrev away like that from the Venice red carpet?”
Another penned: “If I were Nina Dobrev getting kicked off of the Venice Film Festival red carpet, I would’ve evaporated from sheer embarrassment.”
A third remarked: “Did she stay too long, or was it their lack of organisation? Either way, it was embarrassing.”
