REFORM sources say the reason for Nigel Farage’s delayed speech is “counter terror cops won’t let him on stage.”
Farage’s speech at the Reform UK party conference in B irmingham was due to begin almost an hour ago.
Events in the main hall at the Reform UK party conference were paused due to “unforeseen circumstances”, former party chairman David Bull told delegates earlier.
Police officers were seen on stage as the speech was stalled with Farage seen on the side of the stage smiling and laughing with aides.
A banner appeared behind Richard Tice reading “Collect £5 million, burn the planet” during his earlier speech.
The banner, which also depicted Nigel Farage in a top hat and carrying a bag of money, remained visible for several minutes before being taken down.
