COUNTRYFILE’S Julia Bradbury has shared a hilarious video of herself naked in the shower to Instagram.
The TV personality, 56, was celebrating the success of her book, Hack Yourself Healthy, as she jumped up and down while lathered in bubbles.

In the video – which was shared to Julia’s Instagram and filmed by her teenage daughter last year when the book was first released – the star can be seen covering her chest with her hands whilst showering.
“I’m filming,” says her daughter behind the camera.
Looking to the lens, Julia – who has no fear when it comes to baring it all -replied: “Ok, why?” before being told her book was #1 best seller.
“No! Thank you, thank you, thank you” exclaimed an excited Julia, who then began jumping up and down in the shower.

An ad saying that the book is ‘out in paperback now’ then appeared on-screen.
The baring-it-all video had fans and friends of Julia in stitches, as one user wrote: “Best announcement video ever 😂😂 and a fabulous book!”
Julia previously hosted Countryfile, which she left in 2014, and has been a nature and health advocate since battling breast cancer in 2021.
Following a mastectomy that year, the star is now cancer-free and has completely overhauled her lifestyle since.
