THIS is the moment a kidnap victim leaps from a first-floor window into a tree in a desperate bid to escape his captors before armed cops swoop on the gang and arrest them.
The victim was lured to an address in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, on July 4 last year where he was held against his will.

At the property he was subjected to abuse and humiliation over the course of a day by Brad’Lee Ranyard, Nathan Gladwell, Jackson Nicholson, Craig Ranyard and Danielle Thompson.
Following the harrowing ordeal, which the thugs filmed on their phones, the victim was forced into the back of a pickup truck.
He was then driven to another property in Lincoln where he was again held against his will.
Video footage released by police shows him mounting a desperate escape from the property on Portland Street.

The victim can be seen clambering from a first floor window onto a balcony before taking his chance and leaping into the branches of a nearby tree.
A window in the flat opens and a man peers out before the victim then falls to the ground and runs off down the street just as a police car drives up the road towards him.
The terrified kidnap victim jumps into the road in front of the police car before climbing into the back of the vehicle and telling the officers he needs help.
He was brought to safety by the cops, who then took an account of his ordeal.

Following the daring escape, two of the suspects were seen leaving the flat before returning with a duffle bag.
They then leave the property again and get into a pickup truck parked nearby.
The pickup was tracked before eventually being stopped by armed police who arrested the two suspects.
Gun cops leap from their vehicle when the pickup pulls over and aim their rifles at the two suspects, who hold their hands up.
The pair are ordered to stand still and keep their hands up before they are cuffed by the responding cops.
Three other suspects were arrested later the same evening at an address in Market Rasen.

On Friday 28 August, all five appeared at Lincoln Crown Court to be sentenced for their roles in the kidnap.
The court heard that the victim had been subjected to the harrowing ordeal following the breakdown of a past relationship.
Brad’Lee Ranyard, 20, of Portland Street, Lincoln, was jailed for nine years after being convicted of kidnap and pleading guilty to false imprisonment.
Jackson Nicholson, 25, of Lindsay Drive, Gainsborough, was also jailed for nine years after being convicted of kidnap and pleading guilty to false imprisonment.
Craig Ranyard, 42, of Barsey Walk, Horncastle, was sentenced to five years and three months’ imprisonment after being convicted of false imprisonment.
Danielle Thompson, 38, of Lime Walk, Market Rasen, was sentenced to four years and nine months’ imprisonment after being convicted of false imprisonment.
Nathan Gladwell, 36, of Union Street, Market Rasen, was sentenced to three years and seven months’ imprisonment after being convicted of false imprisonment.
The five thugs were also handed an indefinite restraining order preventing them from contacting the victim or members of his family.
DC Liam Henderson, who led the investigation, said: “This was a sustained and deeply distressing ordeal in which a man was subjected to violence, threats and humiliation at the hands of people who appeared to find amusement in his suffering.
“The victim showed remarkable courage in seizing the opportunity to escape.
“The CCTV footage captures a desperate moment in which he quite literally risked everything to get away from those holding him captive.
“By sheer chance, as he fled from the property, a marked police vehicle entered the street.
“That moment changed the course of events and allowed officers to get him to safety when he needed help most.
“We often hear concerns that victims may feel alone or that help will not arrive when it is needed.
“This case is a powerful reminder that when someone reaches out for help, we will do everything we can to protect them and bring those responsible to justice.
