Darcy Thomsett was one of four passengers taken to hospital but sadly could not be saved.
Spirito, 25, has now pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving and causing death while driving uninsured.
He also admitted causing serious injury by dangerous driving relating to a second passenger, Kent Online reports.

Defence barrister John Dye said they believe he was driving at around 115mph but accepted this wouldn’t change much in terms sentencing.
Spirito was handed an interim disqualification from driving ahead of his sentencing in November.
Darcy’s family previously paid tribute following the tragedy in February 2023.
Writing on a memorial page, they said: “It has now been three weeks since we lost our precious beautiful daughter Darcy.
