CATHERINE O’Hara’s on-screen children reunited to give an emotional tribute.

The actress, who died in January, was honored tonight when Dan Levy, Annie Murphy and Macaulay Culkin put on a united front to kick off the In Memoriam segment on the Emmys stage.

“Catherine O’Hara. We remember her as the forgetful mother,” Macaulay began of his Home Alone mother.

“But we’ll never forget about her. There are all types of words I could use to describe Catherine. She was encouraging. She was warm. She was funny, but the word that I think of is ‘Mom.’

“She wasn’t just a wife and mother to Beau and Matthew and Luke, she was my mom.”

“By the way, call your mother tonight, for real. But like a good mom, she always showed up when you asked her to.

“After we lost Catherine, I was passed a note on an Air Canada flight that said that ‘She was so special, I hope you’re doing okay.’

“On a drive up north, I was hugged by an extremely gruff-looking gas station attendant, who was also grieving her loss.

While buying wine at the LCBO, I was treated to a very lively Catherine mashup, ‘Which was a woman saying, ‘Ew David, where’s the bebe?’ while doing what I can only assume was Catherine’s exquisite hobble from best in show.

“These are only a very few of the interactions I’ve been lucky enough to have that remind me how profoundly Catherine has impacted the world because she brought us so much joy.”

Catherine, who died on January 30, was last publicly seen at last year’s Emmys event last September.

Her final public sighting was at a party that Apple TV threw to toast the awards show.

At the event, she walked the red carpet with her date, husband Bo Welch, in a black dress.

She had a glowing history with the prestigious awards, and often had something to celebrate.

She had won twice, after being nominated 10 times for the honor.

Catherine died on January 30 at 71 after being rushed to an LA hospital with difficulty breathing.

The Schitt’s Creek star’s immediate cause of death was pulmonary embolism, and rectal cancer was the underlying cause, TMZ reported on Monday, February 9.

Catherine had never spoken publicly about a battle with cancer, though she showed subtle signs she was feeling unwell in the months before her death.

She quietly skipped this year’s Golden Globes despite her nomination for her role in The Studio.
