JADON SANCHO has been left in transfer limbo after Borussia Dortmund ruled out a sensational third spell for the former Manchester United and Chelsea star.
The 26-year-old is still without a club after leaving Old Trafford as a free agent this summer.

A potential return to the Bundesliga giants had been touted as an option for Sancho in the summer.
But Dortmund boss Niko Kovac has now seemingly slammed that door shut.
Speaking before Saturday’s 3-0 win over SC Paderborn, Kovac said: “I think we had a really good transfer summer.
“We’re very well positioned. The squad is already very large. We have 26 outfield players, many of them young,”

Asked specifically about the possibility of bringing Sancho back, he added: “Therefore, we don’t need to concern ourselves with that.”
Dortmund had been forced to rethink their plans after new signing Giannis Konstantelias suffered a cruciate ligament injury.
That sparked fresh speculation in Germany that Sancho could make an unexpected return to the Signal Iduna Park.
Instead, Dortmund moved for Arsenal youngster Ethan Nwaneri on loan on deadline day.

Sancho’s options are now rapidly dwindling after failing to find a permanent club during the summer window.
The winger had also been linked with a move to Qatar in recent months – something that didn’t materialise.
When Sancho arrived at Manchester United as a 21-year-old for £73million from Dortmund in five years ago, he arrived as one of the most exciting young talents in world football.
But his United career never reached the heights expected as he failed to establish himself as a regular under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ralf Rangnick, before he endured a fallout with Erik ten Hag three years ago over a training ground incident.

That led to him being loaned back to Dortmund for the second half of the 2023/24 season, where he impressed – including playing a key role in their run to the Champions League final, where they lost 2-0 to Real Madrid at Wembley.
He spent the next two seasons on loan at Chelsea and Aston Villa, where he won the Europa Conference League and Europa League respectively.
However, he was a squad player for both Enzo Maresca and Unai Emery and never really established himself as a regular at either club.
With his contract now up at United, Sancho is wondering what will happen next in a career that so far has not lived up to its billing.
