But away from Mikel Arteta’s projected title challengers, there were some other performances for Arsenal fans to keep a keen eye on.

ETHAN NWANERI
The 19-year-old had a mixed week for Borussia Dortmund, playing in both the Champions League and the Bundesliga.
Nwaneri was given 55 minutes as Dortmund beat Villarreal 3-2 in midweek, but faced the awkward fate of being substituted off after coming on as a substitute.

However, Dortmund boss Niko Kovac insisted that the double substitution was nothing to be concerned about; it was simply because Nwaneri came on after 27 minutes to replace the injured Konstantinos Karetsas.
Kovac said: “He gave everything. If he had started the game, he probably would have come off around the 60th minute. He was really good.”
Nwaneri then made his first start for Dortmund in a 3-0 win against Paderborn on Saturday.
He played 65 minutes, notching three key passes and creating two big chances.

The teenager’s performance should have warranted an assist or two, but his teammates’ finishing left a lot to be desired and Nwaneri will ultimately have to wait for his first goal contribution at the club.
Even Nwaneri claimed that Dortmund didn’t play their “best game,” despite their thumping win continuing their perfect start to the season and sending them top of the Bundesliga alongside Freiburg.
TOMMY SETFORD
The young goalkeeper made his home debut for Stevenage as they edged past local rivals Luton 2-1.
Setford made just one save throughout the match, with Luton’s goal wrong-footing the 20-year-old after a hefty deflection.
CHARLES SAGOE JR
Sagoe Jr continued his spell playing in Sweden as he played the full 90 minutes in two consecutive defeats for Kalmar FF.
Kalmar lost 1-0 to both Djurgarden and Elfsborg and are now without a win in their last seven games, sitting just one spot above the relegation zone in the Allsvenskan.
Sagoe Jr has been a regular starter for Kalmar this season, scoring three goals in 21 appearances so far.
ISMEAL KABIA
After facing Celtic last time out, things didn’t get any easier for Kabia last week as St Mirren faced off against Rangers.

The youngster should have won his side a penalty when Emmanuel Fernandez cleared him out inside the box, but play was controversially waved on.
