THE European Tour continues this week as the Flanders Darts Trophy takes place in Antwerp!
Luke Littler and Luke Humphries were due to play in the tournament, but they have opted to skip the event after last weekend’s Czech Darts Open.
The Nuke beat Humphries in the Prague final to secure qualification for October’s European Championships.
With both Littler and Humphries absent, Gian van Veen will arrive in Belgium as the top seed.
Michael van Gerwen, Gerwyn Price, Beau Greaves and Stephen Bunting are also heading to Antwerp with eyes on the title.
Now that Littler has dropped out of the stacked field, it guarantees that there will be a new champion this year after he beat Josh Rock in last year’s final.
