BIG Brother is almost upon us for another year and if one thing is certain, the series is sure to deliver some shocking moments.
The reality TV sensation changed the face of telly when it first launched in 2000 on Channel 4 and continued its success when it moved over to Channel 5.

Elsa and Marcus

During last year’s series, TikTok star Elsa and mechanical engineer Marcus raised eyebrows when they spent all night in bed with one another under the covers.
A shirtless Marcus could be seen with his arms around the blonde bombshell and ex-girlfriend of Ed Mathews as they tried to keep their budding romance – quite literally – under wraps.

After daring N-Dubz singer Dappy to “snog the duck” – a rubber duck for those wondering – in the hot tub he got his revenge by daring Luisa to snog Jasmine – with tongues.
Luisa duly obliged – while Dappy rubbed his crotch in approval.

Big Brother series five’s Michelle Bass and her “Chicken Stu” Stuart Wilson are believed to be the first ever couple to have sex on the show after she tempted him into a makeshift tent in the living room.
Once they left the house, the pair enjoyed a year long relationship before splitting in 2005.

This playful pair could barely keep their hands off each other throughout their time in the house – despite Stephanie Davis being in a relationship with Sam Reece.
During one particularly saucy session in the bedroom, Steph and Jezza McConnell were so loud it forced some of their housemates to flee to room to escape the sounds.
The couple went on to have a turbulent relationship outside the house, despite Stephanie giving birth to their son Caben in January 2017.
Chanelle and Ziggy

In 2007, Chanelle Hayes and Ziggy Lichman enjoyed marathon snogging sessions, steamy showers and bedtime cuddles – when they weren’t at each other’s throats, that is.
But viewers were never sure if the couple went all the way.
However, in 2014, Chanelle Hayes put fans out of their misery, confessing to Now magazine: “I know I’ve always denied that anything happened in Big Brother other than arguments and drama because I didn’t want to sound like the UK’s biggest slapper.
“But now we’ve got Geordie Shore and The Valleys I feel totally OK being honest and saying we actually had sex every day for about three weeks. Sorry, not sorry!”
The pair lasted a few months together after leaving the BB house.
Jade and PJ

Although it was a “blink and you miss it” moment on the third series of Big Brother, Jade Goody and PJ Ellis shared a night of passion in 2002.
Let’s just say, Jade reportedly gave PJ something which rhymed nicely with his name.
Despite claiming at the time Jade had been trying to get him into bed “for weeks”, PJ has since denied anything ever happened between the two of them.
Biannca and Helen

Just days after entering the Big Brother house in 2014, Biannca Lake gave Helen Wood a sexy lap-dance.

Kimberly and Steven

Another couple to get twitchy under the sheets were Playboy model Kimberly Kisselovich and entrepreneur Steven Goode.
During 2014’s celebrity series, the pair were filmed in bed together with A LOT of movement going on under the duvet.
The climax came (ahem) when Steven told his future bride to ‘open it’.
By the sound of it, Kimberley duly obliged.
Meanwhile fellow housemate Helen Wood slipped out of the adjoining bed and across the floor to get a look-in.
Nicola and Frankie

A game of truth or dare during the ninth Celebrity Big Brother almost cost married glamour girl Nicola McLean her marriage.
After a boozy session the ex-Page 3 girl got amorous in the hot tub with naked X Factor star Frankie Cocozza.
Having shared a smooch with the rebellious 19-year-old, fellow housemate Romeo had to drag the 31-year-old married mum off to bed before things got out of hand.
Nicola was mortified the next morning when housemates told her what she’d got up to and even threatened to quit the house.
She tearfully told Big Brother in the diary room: “My husband means more to me than being on a programme.”
Lewis Bloor and Marnie Simpson

These two couldn’t keep their hands off each other during their stint in the house in 2016.
One night Geordie Shore star Marnie and ex-Towie hunk Lewis stripped off for a saucy shower – and weren’t shy about emerging completely naked.
The full-frontal scenes shocked fans, with the episode in question receiving 54 complaints.
Lewis later claimed “nothing happened” between him and Marnie, but admitted: “I was horny.”
The couple continued dating after the show, but their romance ended months later.
Marnie, who is now happily married to former X Factor contestant Casey Johnson, told the Saving Grace podcast: “[CBB was] the easiest money I’ve ever made.”
Stephen Bear and Chloe Khan

On the same night as Lewis and Marnie’s sizzling shower, reality star Stephen Bear got hot and heavy with X Factor‘s Chloe Khan.
Viewers were convinced the pair then sneaked off to the bathroom to have sex away from the cameras, with some suspicious sounds emanating from the toilet.
But Stephen – who was dating Ex on the Beach star Lillie Lexie Gregg at the time – dismissed suggestions he went all the way with Chloe, claiming: “Nothing happened, we were just kissing and her boobies are massive!”
In March 2023, Bear was jailed after sharing a sex tape of ex Georgia Harrison to pay-per-view adult site OnlyFans.
