A young female has been hospitalised following a crash in County Donegal.
The collision involving a car and a pedestrian occurred shortly after 4.15pm on the R259 near Meenmore, Dungloe, on Thursday, September 10, 2026.
Gardaí confirmed a female juvenile was conveyed to Sligo University Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The road was closed overnight, but it has since reopened.
A spokesperson for gardaí said, “Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a road traffic collision on the R259 near Meenmore, Dungloe, Co. Donegal on Thursday, September 10, 2026.”
