A RANDY tourist accused of having sex on a public driveway has been deported and banned from a beloved Brit holiday hotspot for a decade.

Cops claim to have caught Billy Aspinall, 27, with his pants down after CCTV allegedly showed him engaging in a sex act with a woman in Bali, Indonesia.

The Australian national was arrested at Bali’s International Airport as he tried to board a flight home on August 25.

His arrest came two days after the local’s security camera caught him and the woman in North Kuta.

Footage shows Aspinall and the woman in an uncompromising position in front of iron gates and – ironically – a welcome sign.

A stunned local woman stumbled across the pair in the middle of the alleged sexual act as she was on her way to prayer.

She reportedly shouted at them to stop what they were doing, but they appeared to ignore her.

The alleged romp lasted 15 minutes before the pair walked away.

Balinese locals held a cleansing ceremony at the property to purge it of bad energy.

Following his arrest Aspinall spent the next two weeks in immigration detention.

On Wednesday, it emerged that the Sunshine Coast man had been deported from the island and received a ban on entering the country for the next 10 years.

The head of the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office, Muhamad Novyandri said: “We will continue to strengthen immigration supervision and maintain close co-ordination with law enforcement authorities, while taking firm action if violations of immigration regulations are found in the future.”

The strict 10 year entry ban means that Aspinall will not be permitted to return to Indonesia in any capacity during the period of the sanction.

North Kuta chief police commander Ketut Sukadana said at the time that the alleged “indecent acts have the potential to cause public concern”.

He continued: “Particularly among the residents of Tibubeneng, and may negatively affect the image of security and tourism in the North Kuta area if the matter is not addressed and handled seriously by taking firm action against the perpetrators, whether under local customary law or national law.”

The woman in the video has not yet been identified by authorities, although she is believed to be a foreign citizen who was drinking with Aspinall prior to the act.

Public acts of indecency and sex outside marriage are illegal in Indonesia, and foreigners caught can face jail time.

Although Bali is predominantly Hindu, Indonesia is a Muslim nation with strict laws regarding pornography and conservative social norms around intimacy.

Last year OnlyFans star Bonnie Blue made international headlines after she was detained in Bali over alleged “pornographic activities”.

Like Aspinal, Blue was banned from the state for 10 years after she was accused of filming X-rated content which is strictly forbidden under Indonesia’s harsh morality laws.
