Newly released footage shows John Spillman, 33, slide down to the floor before desperately clutching at his unbuckled trousers when approached by police in the hotel.

Spillman had been working as part of Donald Trump’s security team at the 2026 PGA Cadillac Championship in Florida at the time of his arrest.
But while off duty, the agent was accused of exposing his genitals in a hotel corridor by other guests, according to police.
Spillman allegedly began inappropriately touching himself in full view of scandalised Hilton Hotel guests.
Cops raced to the hotel and arrested the suspect in a humiliating bust back in May.

Bodycam footage from the local sheriff’s office shows Spillman’s trousers were still undone even as officers bundled him into an elevator and cuffed him.
The agent admitted that he’d had “too much to drink”, according to TMZ.
One horrified woman reportedly told police that Spillman had allegedly stalked her from the lobby up to her sixth floor room.
The guest said she and her pals “immediately entered their rooms” because they were “in fear of their lives”, claim police docs.

She claimed that they saw Spillman “masturbating next to [the] hotel room”, prompting them to call hotel security.
The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office confirmed Spillman had “committed the offense of indecent exposure”.
Secret Service Chief Richard Macauley said: “The alleged conduct is unacceptable and stands in stark contrast to the professionalism and integrity that I demand of our personnel.”
The agent has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of a criminal probe.
He is being held on $1,000 (£738) bond at Turner Guilford Knight correctional center.
Prosecutors are still searching for CCTV footage showing the off-duty agent in the act.
It comes as another American secret service agent is placed on administrative leave after allegedly leaking secret travel plans.
The officer, who has not been named, is accused of spilling information about Vice President JD Vance’s family holiday trips in a brazen breach of trust – and security.
