A DRIVER left a man with life-changing injuries then dragged a teenager along the road after a road rage row, cops have said.
The man in his 50s was involved in an argument with the two men in Salford following the crash at 5.40pm on Wednesday.
After being confronted, he sped away and struck one of the men who challenged him, who was taken to hospital with life-changing injuries.
An 18-year-old who also confronted the driver was injured when he was dragged along with the vehicle as it fled the scene, Greater Manchester Police said.
The teenager remains in hospital with non-life threatening or changing injuries.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent and remains in custody. Investigations are ongoing.

Police have urged any witnesses or people with dashcam, CCTV or mobile footage to get in touch by calling 101, quoting log 2694 of 09/09/26.
A police spokesman said: “At around 5.40pm last night (September 9), we were called to reports of a hit and run on Broughton Lane in Salford.
“It was established that there had been a road traffic collision where two people from one of the vehicles have got out to challenge the driver of the other car following the collision.
“Upon doing so, the driver has proceeded to make off and struck one of the two men – a man in his 50s – who was taken to hospital and remains there with life-changing injuries.
“The second man – an 18-year-old man – also received an injury during the incident, which has been described as non-life threatening or changing, after he was dragged along with the vehicle. He remains in hospital.
