VETERAN TV producer Jim Geoghan, best known as a co-creator of the hit Disney show The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, has died aged 69.
His daughter Genevieve confirmed the sad news, but did not reveal a cause of death.
Jim co-created the iconic Cole and Dylan Sprouse-starring sitcom alongside Danny Kallis in 2005.
The show followed the Martin twins living in the Tipton Hotel with their mother and ran for three seasons until 2008.
