MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. — Holman, a global automotive services leader, today announced it has acquired full ownership of ARIZA, its former 50/50 joint-venture with Corporacion Zapata. The acquisition expands Holman’s industry-leading fleet management business in Mexico, offering customers in the region, and multi-national fleet operators across North America, a seamless, fully integrated cross-border fleet management solution. ARIZA was established in 1995 as a joint-venture partnership between Holman and Corporacion Zapata with the goal of helping customers navigate the increasingly complex demands of operating a multi-national fleet. During its 30-plus year history, ARIZA earned the trust of hundreds of customers by leveraging extensive fleet management expertise, innovative technology, and local market knowledge to optimize performance, transforming fleet vehicles into strategic business assets. That legacy will continue under the Holman name as the team, operations, and customer relationships become part of Holman.

Holman customers will now have a single point of contact, consistent processes, and expanded service capabilities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The integration allows Holman to deliver the seamless, cross-border fleet experience its multi-national customers have been asking for. ARIZA’s locations, website, digital properties, and client-facing materials will transition to the Holman name and brand identity.
