CANISTERS of hippy crack have been found in a car involved in a crash that killed two cyclists.
The Ford Focus allegedly hit a group of riders from behind, leaving a man in his 60s and a woman in her 50s dead.
The driver allegedly ran from the scene but was arrested half an hour later with his brother.
The pair, aged 20 and 21, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
A woman, 19, is suspected of assisting an offender.
All three were still in custody last night after the crash in Cobham, Kent, on Sunday.

Hippy crack, otherwise known as nitrous oxide or laughing gas, is illegal for recreational use.
A source said: “Police found a few laughing gas cannisters in the car and the suspicion is they were for recreational use.
“They are investigating whether the driver was under the influence of nitrous oxide at the time of the crash.”
Kent Police Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident, or saw the car or cyclists prior to the collision, to contact them.
