A MUM and her two young sons have died in a fatal plane crash that has left her husband severely injured.
Flight instructor Danna Eady, 41, was the pilot of a small aircraft that sadly crashed near Fresno, California, killing her and her two youngest children, Pavel, 10, and Remus, 13.

Her husband Craig, who was also on the plane, was the sole survivor of the crash.
On September 5, their aircraft crashed and burst into flames when it went down on a hilltop near Sierra Sky Park Airport in California.
The two boys were tragically found dead inside the plane.
Danna was rescued from the wreckage in critical condition and rushed to hospital.

She later died after succumbing to her injuries.
Craig survived and remains in hospital with severe injured and third-degree burns.
A SupportNow page says: “Craig is grieving the loss of his wife and two children while beginning a challenging recovery of his own.
“[He] now faces a long and difficult road of surgeries, rehabilitation, medical care, and recovery.

“His care is expected to continue for at least the next six months and likely well beyond that.“
Danna leaves behind two older children, Lucien, 17, and Felicity, 18, who are dealing with the “devastating loss of their mother and brothers.”

The family support campaign says donations will help to pay for Craig’s medical treatment and other family expenses.
As an experienced certified flight instructor at Reedley College, Danna dreamed of becoming a commercial airline pilot.
Friend and fellow flight instructor Nick Wilcox described her as a veteran instructor who had helped numerous students become pilots.
He said: “Danna was always just up for an adventure.
“She loved flying. She died doing what she loved.”
Emergency services found the plane ablaze on a hill overlooking the San Joaquin River.
Firefighters managed to contain and extinguish the fire before it could spread to nearby homes.
There was also a brief power outage, according to PG&E’s.

The cause of the crash has not yet been established, but the National Transportation Safety Board is investigating.
The agency said the victims were in a Grumman American Avn. Corp. AA-5 airplane, a four-seat, single-engine aircraft.
