A BUDGET UK furniture brand has plunged into administration after 26 years in business.
The company’s range of products is stocked across major retailers such as Argos and B&Q.
Jadebay Limited, trading under the name Nöa & Nani, has collapsed into administration.
Chris Skey and Kerry Bailey of BDO LLP were appointed as joint administrators for Jadebay Limited on September 3, according to The Gazette.
Nöa & Nani is known for its affordable children’s furniture, specialising in bunk beds, cabin beds and bedroom accessories.
According to its website, the company says: “We’ve found the perfect balance between the needs of parents, who want a safe and secure environment for their children, and the desires of children to have the best, most exciting bedrooms in the whole wide world.”

Founded in 2000, Jadebay Limited began trading as Nöa & Nani in 2013, with its name inspired by its founders’ childhood nicknames.
The company only operates as an online direct-to-consumer retailer from its Kent headquarters, with no physical store locations.
Nöa & Nani is also sold online across a number of renowned British retailers, including Argos, B&Q and Debenhams.
The furniture brand is currently running a summer clearance sale, with discounts of up to 80 per cent, including over £100 on select beds.

As of today, both Jadebay Limited and Nöa & Nani are listed as “active” businesses on Companies House and have yet to publicly comment on the administration.
Nöa & Nani has been approached for comment.
