Katie Taylor’s cousin, boxer Molly McCann, got engaged to her reality TV star partner 24 hours after fighting on the undercard at the Croke Park bout.
Super bantam McCann, who defeated Polish boxer Sylwia Doligala on Taylor’s undercard, showed off her engagement to The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) personality Fran Parman.
McCann, also an MMA fighter, posted touching images on Instagram of the engagement on Bray Head, Co Wicklow. Parman showed off her ring and fans delighted in their special day, posting good wishes.
The fighter was first seen out and about with Parman in 2024. They shared photographs of their relationship over the last two years, including nights out and the duo dancing together.
Liverpudlian McCann certainly celebrated her and cousin Taylor’s glory in style with the engagement.
McCann posted: “Saved the best till last, a weekend I knew the only way I could top it would be asking you to marry me.
“The easiest decision I’ve ever made.
“I promise to love you and protect you forever, here’s to the best weekend of my life. In a place I know means so much to us. Bray we love you.”
