THOMAS CARTY was sent crashing THROUGH the ropes in a BIZZARE first-round incident against Dave Allen.
The Irish heavyweight tumbled out of the ring during their huge showdown on Katie Taylor’s Croke Park undercard.
Allen let his hands go as the pair exchanged near the ropes, with a shot appearing to catch Carty around the back of the head.
Carty immediately grabbed the back of his head before losing his balance and disappearing between the ropes.
The Dublin fighter then crashed down at ringside in worrying scenes in front of the enormous home crowd.
