RYAN GARCIA and Conor Benn face off for the WBC welterweight title – and boxing fans are desperate to get tickets for the blockbuster bout.
It is the Destroyer’s second fight under Dana White’s Zuffa Boxing brand after beating Regis Prograis via unanimous decision on the undercard of Tyson Fury vs Arslanbek Makhmudov in April.
And victory over the man who he claims has “ain’t got the heart or balls of a Mexican” would see him follow in his legendary father Nigel’s footsteps by becoming world champion.
However, Garcia has only lost twice in his 27-fight career – a 2025 bout against Rolly Romero and a knockout by Gervonta Davis two years earlier.
But the Mexican hero will be determined to have a successful first title defence after only picking up the WBC strap in February at the expense of Mario Barrios.
