THE teen son of ex-Real Housewives star Kim Zolciak has been charged with sexual assault after allegedly forcing himself on a female student.
Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr, 15, was indicted by a Georgia grand jury on charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, and false imprisonment this week.

Biermann Jr, whose father is NFL player Kroy Biermann, was also indicted on three further counts of sexual battery against a child under the age of 16, People reported.
Biermann Jr allegedly took a 15-year-old female into a Life Time Fitness gym changing room before physically restraining and forcing her to engage in sexual acts.
After the alleged attack on April 23, the girl went to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta where she was examined by a nurse and a sexual assault kit was taken.
Biermann Jr denies all the charges.

He remains in custody and is set to appear in court on September 9.
Biermann Jr.’s mom Kim starred in The Real Housewives of Atlanta between 2008 and 2012.
And his dad Kroy Biermann played for the Atlanta Falcons.
Biermann Jr was arrested and taken into custody on August 17 in Alpharetta, Georgia.

The Alpharetta Police Department confirmed he has been charged as an adult.
After his arrest, his mother gave a statement to US Weekly calling the allegations “nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling”.
She said: “He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.”
“My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed.”
She claimed that no DNA belonging to her son was found on the alleged victim, saying that “false accusations can have devastating consequences” for both the accused and survivors of such crimes.
Biermann Jr is one of six children shared by Kim and the NFL player.
The pair filed for divorce in August 2023 after 12 years of marriage.
