SOCIALITE Lady Annabel Goldsmith cut three of her children out of her £5.6million fortune because their billionaire father had already “generously provided” for them.
The pal of Princess Diana, who gave her name to A-list Mayfair party palace Annabel’s, instead passed her seven-figure estate to the children from her first marriage.

It means Robin Birley and India Birley will inherit the bulk of the cash.
Meanwhile, Jemima Khan, 52, Lord Zac Goldsmith, 51, and Ben Goldsmith, 45, will only inherit their mother’s fortune if their older half-siblings die before them.
Lady Annabel died aged 91 at her Ormeley Lodge, mansion in Richmond, West London, in October last year.
Probate records show she left a gross estate of £6,668,035, reduced to £5,618,858 after debts and liabilities were settled.

Her will, signed in December 2024, states: “As my other children have been generously provided for by their father, the Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund upon trust for such of Robin and Jane as shall survive me and if both in equal shares absolutely.”
Anglo-French tycoon Sir James died died in 1997 and was worth an estimated £1billion.
Robin, 68, and India Jane, 65, are the children of Lady Annabel’s first husband Mark Birley, who founded Annabel’s in 1963.
When Mr Birley died in 2007, he left the bulk of his £100million fortune in trust for India Jane’s son, cutting Robin, who now runs a rival club, down to £1million after a family feud.

Robin later settled with his sister out of court.
Lady Annabel’s will also hands Robin her furniture, jewellery and other belongings.
The devoted dog lover also left her painting of “two terriers with a dead rabbit in a landscape”.
It was signed and dated 1861 by William W Morris, to pal and executor Charles Filmer.

She also left a string of cash gifts including £20,000 to family friend Tristram Powell, £10,000 to James Powell, £15,000 to great-niece Maude Martel and £10,000 each to nieces Lady Sophia Pilkington and Lady Cosima Somerset.
Lady Annabel also asked to be cremated.
Born Annabel Vane-Tempest-Stewart, she was the daughter of the 8th Marquess of Londonderry and a close friend of Princess Diana.
The socialite was often spotted with the Princess of Wales in the 1990s, after her divorce from then Prince Charles.
She was often described as a “surrogate mother” to the royal and her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, often played at her Georgian mansion.
Her eldest son Rupert Birley disappeared off the coast of Togo in 1986 and is presumed dead.
