Louis van Gaal has swapped management for music – with the former Manchester United boss trying his hand as a CONCERT PROMOTER.
Van Gaal, 75, stepped down as Netherlands coach in 2022 and later underwent treatment for cancer.
But the Dutchman has since recovered, and last month declared he would be ready to manage the national side for a fourth time.
Van Gaal has now appeared in a promotional video with Holland‘s biggest pop star Roxy Dekker, in which he teaches her how to play football.
Blonde Roxy, 21, and Van Gaal appear together on the pitch at Ajax’s Johan Cruyff Arena, as per VoetbalPrimeur.
Sporting an orange Netherlands kit, she attempts to carry out the veteran coach’s instructions – running with the ball, trapping it, playing keepy-uppies and heading.

At one point Van Gaal urges her to play with the same tempo as Dutch women’s international Sherida Spitse.
Roxy claims never to have heard of the record 248-cap midfielder – whereupon Van Gaal quips: “I’d never heard about YOU before!”
The singer, songwriter and TikToker is due to appear at the Amsterdam stadium next April.
She is currently performing a three-night residency at the neighbouring 17,000-seat Ziggo Arena.

Both Van Gaal and Roxy were born in Amsterdam.
He spent two seasons in charge at Old Trafford, leaving shortly after leading United to victory in the 2016 FA Cup final.
Van Gaal has also had successful spells in charge of Ajax, Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
His managerial career has seen seven league titles and a World Cup semi-final with Holland in 2014.
